Sid and Nancy: Sid wears a leather jacket with studs and patches all over it, tight leather pants and spiky black hair. Nancy wears black leather pants and leather jacket, with teased blonde hair and tons of make-up
Siegfried and Roy: Both wear gaudy suits with studs all over. Roy has blood on his neck and a stuffed tiger attached to his shoulder. Talk with German accents
Smart Ass and Dumb Ass: Each person wears a fake plastic butt. Attach Dum Dum lollipops to one, and Smarties candies to the other

Tooth Fairy & Child: Tooth fairy wears a glittery dress, tiara and wand, and carries a basket filled with coins and "teeth" (you can make teeth out of clay and paint them white). The boy wears pajamas, carries a pillow and has a blackened front tooth (Use"Tooth Black" from a costume store...don't use a marker!)

Upper and Lower GIs: Get a set of army fatigues, and have one person wear the tops and the other wear the bottoms
UPS Man and His Package: A man dresses in a dark brown button-down short-sleeved shirt, and brown shorts, with a UPS logo on the pocket. The other person wears a large box, wrapped in brown paper, with holes cut for head and arms
Vampire and Victim: One person wears a classic vampire costume. The other person wears a Victorian costume or regular clothes. Use putty and stage makeup to create puncture wounds and blood running down the neck of the "victim"
Voodoo Doll and Victim: One dresses as a voodoo doll and carries a large stick. When the voodoo doll sticks themselves, the victim feels the pain (i.e., voodoo doll sticks arm and victim grasps arm and acts like it hurts)

Witch and Her Familiar: Woman dresses up as a witch and the other person as the black cat. (Great costume for a mom with a small child.)
